For safety and hygienic reasons, dogs can not enter the trail, but you do not have to leave your animal friend at home; we have enough clean lockable dog kennels at the entrance that are available for free.
Yes, you can use your debit or credit card at the ticket office. Card can also be used to pay in the restaurant and the souvenir shop.

Yes. Directly by the Trail there is a big car park with a barrier-free access. If our car park is full, you can use the central car park in Janské Lázně, from which there is a 1 km long walking path directly to the Trail.

You can get to the Trail by bus or by car. The closest railway station is in Svoboda nad Úpou where you can change to a bus.

Unfortunately not. We recommend using the facilities in the main building prior entering the Trail to enjoy the Trail without any problems.
Yes. The Trail stays open all year round with the exception of Christmas Eve, i.e. 364 days a year.
No you do not. You can always purchase your tickets directly on the spot. In peak terms, however, we recommend using our e-shop where you can buy tickets online. You will then avoid possible queues.
